Description
Structure, Outlook, and Functionality of Counter-Ready Display Boxes
Our counter-ready display boxes provide seamless fusion of form and function. Beyond serving as a protective casing for products, these boxes are strategically positioned at the point of sale. These boxes have 5 panels and we have tried to explain the briefly in the below:
1. Side Walls
Are vertical panels that enclose the perimeter of the base forming the sides of the display boxes. These walls can vary in height and are typically designed to keep the products securely contained within the boxes while stull allowing for easy visibility.
2. Front Panel
This panel is on of the side walls that is usually slightly lower the height than the others, allowing for easy access to the products. It often features a cut-out or open design to create a viewing window, allowing customers to see the products inside without obstruction.
3. Back Panel
The back panel is the opposite side wall of the front panel, providing additional support and enclosure for the products. While it may have a viewing window like the front panel, it still contributes to the overall stability and structure of the display box.
4. Header/Header Card
It is an additional panel know as header card. It is a horizontal panel positioned above the front panel. It serves as a platform for branding and product information, often featuring graphics, logos, slogans, or promotional messages to attract customers’ attention.
There is another optional component inside the boxes that is a product divider or inserts to hold products to organize and separate the products. The insert/dividers are typically made form cardboard or foam and are customized to fit the specific dimensions of the products being displayed.
Assembly Feature of Counter-Ready Display Boxes
Depending on the design, counter-ready display boxes may feature various assembly features such as pre-glued tabs, interlocking panels, or snap-lock closures. These features facilitate quick and easy assembly without the need for additional tools or adhesive, making the display boxes ready for use right out of the package.
